   The boathouse is a great location with beautiful views of the water. They were very busy, we came in with a reservation for 8:45 coming in after a sunset cruise. We did end up waiting for about 20 minutes to get seated but staff communicated status while waiting. Food was good, lots of options. Son loved the clam chowder. Wait staff was friendly.

   We sat outside and all the tables and especially the chairs are very dirty!! Service was slow. Food was just ok. We accidentally parked in I guess was a valet spot that wasn’t marked. The valet attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional Doubt we ever return

   Our food, as usual, was delicious. I love that you can pick your own fish, the method in which it is cooked, and the sauce you want as a menu choice. The grouper never disappoints. Our waiter was courteous and very accommodating. I always make it a point to come to The Boathouse several times when we are in Naples. You can’t top the food and the ambience.

   Super loud, need to yell at each other. I was supposed to get a 20% discount for using open table—did not. Waitress never smiled, very cold person. Long waits for drinks, apps, meal. My car was parked 20 ft away, but valet had to get it and of coarse tip. All in all very disappointing for an anniversary celebration.

    Both steaks were overcooked. One was returned and it came out after we all finished our dinner View is beautiful but we won’t be going back
