The 3 course menu had beautiful vegetarian, vegan, and traditional offerings. We had the duck and lobster fricasee as mains, and were delighted with the way they were prepared and presented. Great deserts too, and very reasonable prices for wine and cocktails. Will return again to sample another menu, probably for lunch so we can also enjoy the beautiful view of the Hudson River.

I’ll start by saying we’ve dined at the Bocuse for many years; however we were disappointed with the service, also my second course was VERY salty! Our primary server only came to our table twice, ounce to introduce himself and after to take our order, we never saw him again until we were almost done with our dessert and still waiting for coffee which another student took our order. This was our anniversary, we thought what better place than the CIA. Unfortunately it was NOT what we expected.

The Bocuse is one of my favorite restaurants in the NY /CT area. The food , service and ambiance are first rate. And having the students perform most of the services makes for an enjoyable experience. It’s worth the 70 mile drive for me !
