Very Over-priced. I had a starter but that didn’t arrive before my main meal arrived. I advised them of this and was told that the starter would arrive and then the main meal would be prepared fresh again. Had it been so, I would have given a higher rating. However, the main meal when it did I arrive after the starter, was the original meal which had clearly been sat under a warming lamp and wasn’t particularly pleasant! My wife had steak - they charge £4 for peppercorn sauce (for what I suspect was a packet of pepper sauce mix - it wasn’t nothing special). Won’t be returning!

Weird vibe. We arrived at 7:30pm the time for our reservation. They looked at us like we were crazy when we mentioned a reservation. They put us at a high top at the bar while we were to wait for a table. It was a full 20 minutes before someone even looked at us. After we received out bottle of wine we placed a food order, nothing fancy some burgers and a salad. After 45 minutes we still had no food, although others who arrived after us received their food which were similar orders to ours. Music was extremely loud making conversation very difficult. The food was not bad, but the service and the difficult conversation made the evening most unpleasant!

The Bottlery failed on almost every level possible. They were out of almost half of the dishes in their menu. Once we ordered, it took 55 minutes to bring anything out of the kitchen - and this was a simple bread & olive plate. After ordering, we found out that they were out of one of the dishes ordered - should have known that to begin with. When dinners were finally delivered from the kitchen, they completely left one out (my daughter, who was now starving at 8:30pm) BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF THAT DISH (chicken of all things) & never informed us. Miraculously, they tracked down the last portion & served it, which saved us from a complete meltdown. We had to hound our server down relentlessly, and our complaints were not met with an apology, but rather “we’re really busy”. Yet somehow, the staff managed to pay attention to tables with their friends dining. I would avoid this place at all costs - underprepared, extremely poor service, mediocre food (at best). The Bolton is across the street & we had a MUCH BETTER experience there. Don’t waste your time at The Bottlery.

Me and my wife just had a long weekend in London and booked a hotel in Earls Court. I booked the Bottlery for Thursday evening and was really surprised how good it was. The bar was really cool with friendly efficient staff and a good choice of beers. The Bottlery is more renowned for wines and we chose a lovely red wine in a carafe with our meal. Food was excellent, I had ribeye (it is a grill house so you to try it) and my wife had sea bass. Both were top notch. Special mention to the maitre d' who was friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We returned on Saturday with a friend. Another excellent evening. Highly recommended.

The food is very overpriced for the quality. We didn't enjoy anything we had. The cocktails were shocking. The house wine pretty terrible for the price. I'd say this place mainly relies on tourists in the area. Would never go back.
