If you had communication with The Bracebridge you would know that our booking was cancelled by them because of "staffing issues". Hugely disappointed when they telephoned me less than 24 hours to cancel our celebratory breakfast with our friends.

Friendly and quick service. We felt very looked after. Views/location really pretty. Food very nice and they cooked our steaks perfectly. Parking good! Atmosphere was lovely and chilled We will be coming back for a roast and taking our puppy through the lovely frosts they have all around it. 10/10!!

There are too many items on the menu but they lack variety. And the size of the menu might be the reason that the meals take so long to prepare. Either that or the kitchen preparation is totally disorganised. We waited over an hour before we were served. The noise was unbearable. Too loud and continuous. Maybe some soft furnishing/fittings are called for. It's a shame. The setting is excellent. But this isn't as good as the old Boathouse.
