The Restaurant offers the perfect place for fine dining. Soft tones and a vaulted ceiling lend an air of romance. Seventy-four seats are divided between our Main, Hamnet (semi-private), and Judith (private) dining rooms. Afternoon tea is served one Sunday a month, 2-4 pm by reservation only.

The upscale, casual Lounge is a great place for a drink or dinner with friends. Mondays feature our fun and creative "Local's Night" menus.

What a wonderful dining experience. Beautiful surrounds, delicious creative dishes and attentive service. We later talked about making the Christmas Eve Dinner a tradition!

Exceptional meal and an amazing dining experience. The perch was really nicely prepared and was delicious. The pate appetizer was excellent. Fine service with great attention to detail. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and definitely will be back again.

An enjoyable experience overall, with one minor disappointment. Having been notified well in advance that I was allergic to onions, I think the kitchen could have created a sauce to accompany the steak, instead of just serving it without the au jus. Even I can knock up a pepper sauce in short order & I am no chef.

Beautiful surroundings, fantastic service and wonderful food. The Bruce hotel is great for brunch, lunch or supper. Really enjoyed our meal, the service and surroundings.
