We love ❤️ this place. The food , service and atmosphere is amazing. Such a beautiful restoration of this historic brush mill with a beautiful covered bridge over the adjacent river. The friendly and attentive servers along with nice happy hour specials are a winning combination. Love the bar area with roaring fireplace. We will be back

Had an excellent dinner at Brushmill at their latest “Burgers, Bourbon, and Brews” night. Both my wife and my burger were cooked to perfection and delicious. The fries put even McDonald’s to shame. If you enjoy Manhattans and old fashioned cocktails, they nailed those too. Service wise, couldn’t ask for better. Water was kept filled (with complimentary Fiji water), drinks never went empty without ordering a refill, and all the staff including the manager and owner were lovely to talk to.

The Brushmill never disappoints. This is my go to place for Burger night Thursday’s and for celebrations that deserve fine dining. The Chef and wait staff always deliver! You won’t be disappointed. Ken B. Mystic, CT

Our first time here but definitely not the last. My husband started with a salad and I had the squash soup. OMG it was amazing. If I were home I would have licked the bowl. My husband then had the cod over couscous. He said it was really good. The couscous didn't have a lot of flavor but it came with dollops of some kind of vinegary mustard that balanced it out. I had the pumpkin risotto. It was good also but rich. After about 5 spoonfuls I couldn't eat anymore. They also have a nice selection of mocktails and since I can't drink alcohol right now this was nice. I had the pomegranite mocktail which was wonderful especially at only $8. I was at another restaurant recently and was charged $16. For dessert we shared the carmel apple streusel cake---yummy.

We had the worst dinner ever at this restaurant. We waited for our dinner for over 1.5 hours! Food was awful. They charge for bread! Skip it and go anywhere else.
