   リブアイステーキ16オンズを注文しましたが、エイジングされたお肉はかなりレベルの高いお肉でした。コレで110ドルなら、文句なしです^_^店員さんも皆さん親切丁寧で好感もてました！次回のハワイ旅行もお伺いさせていただきます！

   The dry-aged ribeye was great, but my wife’s filet had very little flavor. The burrata balls were a neat take. They need real knives… Cool little spot, with emphasis on little. The owners photographer did wonders to make the space look larger in the photos on here! Overall it was a good meal and would go back if I am ever in Honolulu again.

   The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant. However, the service we received was somewhat lacking. Despite my wife requesting water three times, it was only brought to our table after the third request. Additionally, the waitress failed to provide us with steak knives when our orders arrived. I had to specifically inquire about this and get up from seat to get the knives from the bar. Furthermore, we ordered the lobster mac & cheese from the menu, but it was unavailable. When questioned, the waitress simply stated that it was not available without providing further explanation. It was disappointing not to have a more positive dining experience, especially considering the favorable reviews. Moreover, there was no specialty cocktail menu available. On a positive note, we did enjoy our steaks, which were delicious.

Water should have been provided promptly, and steak knives should not have been overlooked. We’ll address this with our team to improve attentiveness. We also regret that the lobster mac & cheese was unavailable and that our staff didn’t provide a clearer explanation.    Outstanding meal at Butcher Bar! Fantastic service by Thierry with incredible cocktails and a great steak selection. Will definitely return - a hidden gem in Waikiki!

   The quality of food was well worth the price. Our server was very attentive and patient. Lobster Mac n Cheese balls, ahi nachos, and the bone marrow burger are worth coming back for. Only thing I’d change is asking for the fries to be more well done.

   Great food and good service. The dusk meal with the filet was really good. The 24 ounce ribeye was shared by two of us and it was delish. And the bone marrow burger is amazing and great price. They cook in tallow which is a plus for us—NO SEED OILS!

    Service was very slow. Took over 10 minutes to get water and that is after flagging down the waitress. Taking a while to get the food is understandable. Once my steak was received, had to then flag the waitress down again to ask for a steak knife. Food was ok. Very disappointed with my visit.
