   The server was nice enough, not really attentive though. We had asked for containers to bring home the leftovers, we needed more and she knew this when she brought the first ones out. We asked for more containers and lids etc… I This task took over 35 mins in total and we still had to ask for our bill. That took longer than need be, we were not asked if we wanted another drink ( which I did and I drink doubles). No bag offered to carry our 5 containers. So great meal, great environment, lovely server just not attentive.

   All the staff were absolutely incredible and the food was the best we’ve ever had here! Came for Valentine’s Day and it could not have been a more affordable but also incredible experience! I frequent this location a lot and never cease to be amazed at the service at the Ellerslie location in comparison to some of the other locations I’ve visited! Thank you again and always Ellerslie brewhouse staff!

   We have gone to the Brewhouse a lot. This time the service wasn't great, we were put in a table in the far corner, which was out of range of our server. We ordered an appetizer, and they brought the appetizer and our food at the same time. Not a great Valentine's dinner considering we have had better service and food in the past.

   Our waitress was amazing and we were pleased with our seating area. The drink specials were decent for value and choices.

   Awful! Went with 2 colleuges for tomahawk steak night on Sat Nov 24. Sounded amazing and we were excited. When we arrived we were promptly given 3 tickets & seated next to the kitchen. Asked for 2 steaks medium & one rare. One steak was amazing. The other 2 were raw, not even blue rare & cold. My colleuge sent his back right away. I waited until I cut into it and saw how rare & fatty it was before sending back. Colleuges came back 10 minutes later and was the same steak just thrown on the grill, I had thought it was against health code to throw a piece of meat that already was served back on the grill. Anyway, he was still unhappy as now overcooked & fatty. We asked to speak to the manager, she said they were sold out of the Tomahawk steaks (we were there at 5:15) & best she could do is offer a regular steak. My colleuge was not happy and said he had lost his appetite, a few minutes later she came by and threw a gift card for$50 on the table & said she couldn't refund tickets, so here. We felt bad for the young woman serving us as she knew we were unhappy but unfortunately she sheepishly rarely returned to see if we needed anything. My steak came out after 15 minutes & was well done. After the experience with the manager I decided to live with it as I knew nothing would be done. What really annoyed us was that the gift card didn't even cover the price of the ticket & the manager still charged for his 2 beers. For the most part we felt like we were a pain for them to serve as we prepaid. If they don't want to do a steak night don't. We are all upset we paid keg prices for McDonald's service. I would be happy to discuss with the restaurant but seeing how the manager treated us I have little faith in their customer service.

   The worst Brewhouse experience I have ever had. Food was mediocre at best (Steak Sandwich). Way too much seasoning and overcooked. In addition to that, service was terrible. I had the manager serving me. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Sat in the corner and chatted with her friend with no thought to come in and check on drinks / foods. Likely an off day for both kitchen and service staff, but this was the worst Brewhouse experience I have had (in over 50 visits). Management should be changed out here.

    The staff were all very welcoming. The atmosphere was great. The food was top notch. The general manager came over and checked on us and our meal… as did our waitress when needed. The waitress always came over and checked our drinks as they were starting to get low. Over all I would definitely give this Brewhouse 10 out of 10
