   Avoid coming here on their Steak ticket nights. Took our family over for a dinner, didn't see anywhere it was steak night on their website. Apparently when it's steak night and if you are ordering from their regular menu, the normal menu is condensed down with lots of regular items missing. Sucks because we looked at the menu online and picked out what we all were getting, then got there and everything we had picked wasn't available tonight. Regardless, we found something to order and the kitchen was way backed up and in over their heads. The food took an hour and a half to get to our table. When it did, my fries were already cold. My wife's poutine had three cheese curds on it. The Caesar wrap had whittled lettuce. We ordered nachos with our meal and they failed to come out. We informed our server and said she would tell the kitchen to get them ASAP. Well we finished our entire meal and sat around for 25 minutes, still no nachos. Our server returned and noticed we didn't have our nachos yet and went back to talk to the kitchen. She came back ten minutes later and asked if we can just skip on our nachos, the kitchen is really busy. By that time we were done and ready to leave anyways. The table beside us had two guests served their dinner while the other two sat and watched for over half hour before their dinners were served, by then the other two had already finished and they were obviously upset. Very slow kitchen, condensed menu without warning on steak night, food not served as ordered, cold, all this hassle for a mediocre meal. Don't see any reason to come back here

   Our server was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the menu and super friendly and accommodating to our requests. Food was delicious and sangria was very tasty. Our puppy was warmly welcomed and the patio was a great spot for her first dinner out. Definitely will go back when in London again.

   The food wasn’t on par with previous visits to this restaurant. The chicken sliders were way overcooked - almost burnt. The quesadillas lacked sufficient cheese.

    I don’t know where to start. I am rarely so disappointed and always give the benefit to the server and the restaurant. But in summary: a very dark inside, slowwwww food service (when I asked I was told the kitchen was short staffed. Another nearby place was 75% full but wouldn’t seat us as they were at capacity for kitchen. Which is what should have happened). Burger was very overdone but charbroil was good. Cesar salad was sopping with dressing - had to return. Nobody loved - or even liked their food which is also very unusual. Five of us for lunch and $175 later and wouldn’t return.
