   Great location, bowling was FUN, drinks reasonable & food was good! Service however was lacking & at times nonexistent! Frustrating because it offers everything you need to have fun but…🫤. Felt especially bad for our first waitress, Jess, as she was the sole GREETER, who also serviced the bowling area (including issuing shoes & bowling lane trouble shooting), served our drinks AND food!! All lanes were busy & although she maintained a pleasant & courteous demeanour - it was clear she was RUN OFF HER FEET!!! 👏👏👏 to Jess!! We then moved over to the bar/restaurant area and the service became almost non-existent… despite it NOT being busy & there being 2-3 staff working. We sat there for approx 20 min & had to ASK for service! We ordered our drinks & decided we better order our food too. Once that came, that was the LAST we saw of her. We finally initiated the ‘Request Service’ light at the table, at times even waving it in the air… and after 45 minutes, had to go up to the bar to PLEASE request service. We closed out our bill but all agreed we have NEVER experienced such a lack of service! SUCH A SHAME!! Place has everything going for it - and was looking forward to the rooftop in summer - but question if we will ever return! Several people warned us… just sad to see they were right!

   Went for UFC. Our server Ella was wonderful- she was so friendly and attentive. We never had to wait for anything- she never let us sit with empty drinks, beverages came so quickly after being ordered despite a completely full restaurant. When we arrived, the restaurant appeared to be half empty and seemed to fill up immediately, which I can imagine is a challenge but we still had prompt and attentive service. The food was typical pub food, but I think that’s what you would expect from that type of establishment. I’ve seen several reviews discussing not ideal service but every time we’ve came to the brewhouse we have had a fantastic experience.

   The service was okay. The drinks seemed watered down, my wife's cocktail was about 75% ice. I got the 40 Oz prime rib. There was at least a lb of fat that on it and it was quite tough. I have never had a prime rib that I had to throw some of it away because it was inedible. And there was a hair backed into the cheese on the garlic bread. My son liked the appetizers and my cesar was decent. But we will definitely not be going back.

   Bowling was really fun and dinner afterwards was amazing. Our hostess was very attentive and would definitely recommend to friends.

   The steak was good for me, but the 2nd steak was about 70% fat It's not the greatest cut Service was ok but a little slow . Rest of food was good 👍

   This was my first time to this location! Only comment would be better signage for where the entrance is located as we were walking around in the rain until we finally found the entrance! Some signs on other doors would have been very helpful!

   We had excellent service. The staff were all very friendly, happy and helpful. The food on the other hand was just not good. The prime rib was greyish, tough and was close to well done when rare was asked for. The pizza $ tuna poke bowl were very bland. The boneless wings were good and most of the apples were decent. I found it was difficult to maintain a conversation due to the noise level. Can’t praise the staff enough, without them it would truly have been a disappointing experience.

    Very disappointing on a few levels. We had been once before on taco night with a few friends. Food was quite good and very reasonable, although we had to ask for the music to be turned down so we could hear each other speak (there were 6 of us). We decided to go back for the prime rib night. We were 2 of only 5 people in the place (we went early - 4:00) and the music was crazy loud and what sounded like grunge rock. Most definitely not good dinner music. Again, we asked that it be turned down (which they did not do). The prime rib was truly the worst piece of beef we have ever eaten. We asked for medium rare to rare. We got well done and it was flavourless and so tough we were afraid we were going to choke as we had serious trouble chewing it to swallowing size. Vegetable Looked and tasted like frozen . The mashed potatoes and gravy were OK. wine prices were good compared to other local places. We definitely won’t go back for a meal.
