   Table for 9 doesn’t actually mean table for 9 in playoffs. Even though confirmation is done through open tables you still have to call the restaurant to tell them you want a table. Otherwise they will stick you at the bar.

   Our server was slow and not very friendly. the previous visit to CBH had a wonderful friendly server but not this time It was a great deal for mothers day The volume was extremely loud... you could hear the TV noise a block away from the restaurant We requested the volume be turned down and the server did nothing about it

   It took over 30 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us. Then another 30 minutes for her to bring us our drinks and take our order and then an hour for our food that was cold and not fresh at all. They weren't overly busy as the rush had wrapped up when we were seated. We were a table of 10 with a reservation for mother's Day and they had a fixed very limited menu for brunch.

   Made a reservation for Mothers Day. Ordered a coffee and baileys. Coffee was cold, no cutlery. We placed our food order and food came one plate at a time and food was cold. My daughter had to go get cutlery for the table. Two people in our party never received their food. We never ate our cold food and we left money on the table for our cold coffee and baileys and left. Very disappointed.

   We were there for the Mother's Day special. We waited for 1 1/2 hours and did not get served food as the kitchen was so backed up. We left without getting anything to eat.

   The Mother’s Day brunch was an epic fail. There was not enough staff. Took over and hour and a half to get our food. Food was ice cold. Sierra our server was amazing

   Made reservations for Mothers Day Brunch - we were on time but waited 1 hour 45 minutes and still no food. We asked to see manager and she would not talk to us - sent waitress with her business card. GM Lexus Barmby when we went looking for he said they were busy. It was terrible service. We were not the only people leaving. Windermere CB is usually good but the GM does not know how to run a restaurant. She wreaked a family get together for Mothers Day. Nothing was offered to make up for this mess. She told us we got a free coffee. Whoppie!

   Hi Jim, I would like to again, apologize for your experience on Sunday. Like I said when we spoke last, giving your my card with my email and cell phone number on it was to have a piece on contact for if and when you choose to give us a second chance that we can stay in contact so I can make sure we give you guys a re-do on service. (meaning I would take care of your next visit).We strive on 'being the place that people want to be' and I am beyond sorry that that fell short for you on such a special day. After initially speaking to your table at the beginning of your service, I spent majority of the day in the kitchen, making it difficult to reach your table again during that time. While I know that is no excuse, I hope you can understand that you were not being avoided.

   Made a reservation, ordered our food and waited almost two hours before we decided just to leave. I don’t blame the waitress or anything she felt really bad but management should have done a better job at realizing how busy they would be and how much staff they’d need.
