Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We celebrated my husband's Birthday and everything was perfect. The food, drinks, and service was great. Really had a great time. Sometimes hard to get these days!

    Excellent dinner by the wine cellar. The wine selection is fantastic. Steak was delicious. Mushrooms weren’t as good but potatoes au gratin were great. Wonderful ambience.

    Service was impeccable food was incredible I had the jumbo lump crabmeat cocktail 8oz of delicious lump crabmeat with a creamy cocktail sauce. A fabulous dirty martini btw the server actually came back to the table to ensure our martinis had the perfect amount of dirt in them for our liking… that was a first for me. The truffle fries did not disappoint. Chefs kiss to the St Louis Capital Grill crew. I’ll be back!
