Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Raul was an excellent server. He was very friendly, courteous, attentive and personable. There was also a tremendous team effort from the entire staff, including the young man who brought us bread and the young woman who refilled our water glasses. Raul’s great customer service attitude along with delicious food made for an outstanding pre-Thanksgiving dining experience. Thank you all for a job well done!

    The staff did a magnificent job and our recent dinner for seven!! Food was superb, the wine properly decanted, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

    Jack was out server and he was amazing! Very attentive and pleasant! We had a show to attend and he got everything out quickly in a manner where we didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable! He was the perfect server!

    My only complaint is despite having made a reservation. We often have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for our table.

    We were celebrating a birthday and everybody was very nice and service was wonderful as always. Food was delicious except for the creamed spinach. Not as good but still a wonderful evening
