Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were promptly seated ..to notice Birthday Cards written to us personally:) Our Server Kristen was thoughtful & generous Steaks & Lobster Flavorful/grilled to specification Truffle Fries & Brussels perfect accompaniment Lobster Mac: rich & loaded Chef sent us an Amuse bouche;delicious Capital Grille sent out a lovely & decadent dessert A place we will make future memories!     The waygu burger and Duckhorn wine combination was outstanding. The service provided by Danielle was exceptional. This late afternoon “special” will be revisited. This is definitely “must dine” experience not to be missed!!

    The food and service were top tier, I highly recommend the lobster and crab cake for appetizer but honestly everything was amazing! Good place for birthday, anniversary, etc.

    Everything was amazing. Service was excellent from the valet, to the hostess to our waiter. Appetizers, steak and seared tuna was cooked to perfection.
