Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     It was a perfect evening. We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary with my husband’s mother. The waitress was very good. The drinks, food and desserts were superb. The entire staff was so pleasant and friendly. We drive from Cleveland, Ohio to spend our anniversary together as a family at the Capital Grille every year.

    Superb experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The server was friendly and professional. My filet was cooked perfectly, as was my wife’s salmon. And the signature cheesecake was delicious. I will look for excuses to come back to Milwaukee to visit this location again:)

    Great experience overall, the food was excellent and the filet mignon specifically was cooked to perfection. The ambience was relaxing, lighting was just right and the high back booth gives you quite a private event vibe. The service was excellent (thanks Emily!) and we will certainly come again. If I had to complain a bit, it would be regarding the prices, but it’s definitely in line with fancy places in other cities such as Chicago. You get what you pay for.

    Consistently good food, if predictable; first-rate 5-star service; ambiance - predictable. Clean restrooms. Two people, no drinks (except tap water), bill with tax and 20% tip, was $220.00. But they were busy, 90% tables filled, so people like the Capital Grille.

    Kitchen was very backed up & server was apologetic because we ended up having to take our dinner to go in order to catch tickets for a near by show. They did comp our sides which was appreciated. Bar service lacked customer service.

    Capital Grill was very nice. My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and they had an anniversary card on the table for us. The food was delicious. The service was awesome.
