Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server, Daniel, was outstanding. The service all around was absolutely fantastic! The ambiance was disappointing... it actually looks dated although it's brand new. The food was delicious. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the creamed spinach was amazing!!

    Food was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server, Mike, was fun and energetic. Had a drink at the bar prior to dinner and the bartenders were attentive and fun as well. Great experience.

    Our server Emily helped to make this a very special occasion. We were celebrating two birthdays and Emily was very engaging and supportive with her suggestions. She showed a willingness to talk with the chef for us regarding questions; and most importantly, made us all feel comfortable and special. When we come back, it will be for the excellent meals, along with the accommodations and service Emily provided.
