Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We saw Sarah for a late reservation last night on Christmas Eve. Sarah was amazing!! She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. 10/10 recommend this location because of Sarah . We will be back and requesting Sarah. She made us feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable when it came to items on the menu!!! Thank you Sarah

    We love this place; it’s our go-to spot for Christmas Eve dinner. The offerings are plentiful but not mind-boggling. And the staff is always super professional.

    Emin was assigned to our table, and he made us feel super special, my friend and I celebrated Christmas Eve, he was attentive, kind, thoughtful, funny, and sincere. I thanked Jill the manager for excellent service as well, that emin made it extra special! We will definitely come back to see Emin!

    Firstly, Stephen and Kristina were the absolute best! They are the perfect example of the stellar service you hope to receive at a restaurant like The Capital Grille. Kristina was very knowledgeable about wine pairings for my steak, recommended such a delicious red, and was so pleasant and personable. Steven was also very kind, upbeat and gave us all the good vibes one likes to be around during the Holidays. On to the food: My mother and I shared the Caesar salad to start. Delicious! Such a light and flavorful dressing. The croutons were wildly tasty too. I had the jumbo lump crab cocktail as well, with an incredible mustard sauce. Fantastic. My mother had the roasted chicken entree and loved it. I had the filet mignon with a side of Sam’s mashed potatoes. I assure you, you’ve never had such smooth, rich, creamy mashed potatoes in your life! For dessert, I chose their espresso martini. Best in the city. I’m not kidding. This entire experience was simply delightful. Service, food, ambiance, and general pace of dinner were all 10/10. Thank you! We cannot wait to return. Happy Holidays!
