Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. This restaurant continues to do a wonderful job. They are friendly, accommodating and so professional. The food is as good as it gets. We had the filet, sea bass and lobster and it was all to perfection.

We took our granddaughter to celebrate her 14 th birthday. She loves steak and we knew this would be the place!The restaurant staff went above and beyond to make this a highlight for her, and us.We had oysters, filet mignon and sushi grade tuna.All of the dishes were delicious.

The experience is outstanding. The wait staff is excellent. The food was amazing . We had Brandi who took care of our table. Unbelievable service. Thank you as we were there for a birthday and were treated like royalty.
