Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Michael Dangerfield was our server ---he gets 10* What a pleasure it was to have his help. The food was, as always, delicious --and VERY plentiful Three of us had lamb chops ---4 double chops The atmosphere is great. You can actually have a conversation. I highly recommend it!

We’ were at the restaurant for 2 special occasions. We were there last year and the experience was great. Steak and scallops were very good, that’s why we went again. There were 5 of us dining. My filet was room temperature. The plate was cold. My husbands was the same. We had 2 beet salads. Mine had soooo much pepper, I couldn’t eat the greens. We ordered mashed potatoes, garlic sautéed spinach, and mushrooms, for the table. None of which were seasoned. Very poor quality of the steaks. Others in our party were also disappointed in their food. Service was great and both occasions were acknowledged. That was the only good things. Next time it’s Ruth’s Chris for us!

Was here for lunch. Everything was delicious. This time we went with the burger, steak sandwich and tuna tartare. Save some room for dessert. Whatever you pick you will enjoy. Our server Dave was wonderful as always.
