Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We’ were at the restaurant for 2 special occasions. We were there last year and the experience was great. Steak and scallops were very good, that’s why we went again. There were 5 of us dining. My filet was room temperature. The plate was cold. My husbands was the same. We had 2 beet salads. Mine had soooo much pepper, I couldn’t eat the greens. We ordered mashed potatoes, garlic sautéed spinach, and mushrooms, for the table. None of which were seasoned. Very poor quality of the steaks. Others in our party were also disappointed in their food. Service was great and both occasions were acknowledged. That was the only good things. Next time it’s Ruth’s Chris for us!

Was here for lunch. Everything was delicious. This time we went with the burger, steak sandwich and tuna tartare. Save some room for dessert. Whatever you pick you will enjoy. Our server Dave was wonderful as always.

Great venue for Father’s Day with the adult children. Enjoyed the seafood tower and shared salads. Everyone enjoyed their steaks. They were cooked a bit beyond the medium rare requested but still very good. The cocktails and wines were excellent. Service was great and paced out. First time at this location but will not be our last.

Unfortunately this capital grille puts the brand to shame. I booked a table three months ago and requested a quiet table. Just before our arrival they sat a family with two small children listening to iPads with no headphones and crying. When I complained the manager told me "sorry about that". I asked that she check to see my request, she did, didn't care. On top of that, the food was way too salty and the service was completely mediocre.
