Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     They do not know how to handle holiday crowds and reservations. Wait time was a problem for an 8:30 reservation on New Years eve and even worse on Thanksgiving. After specifically letting wait staff knowing how we liked out food , it came out overly salty and not edible. I would avoid this restaurant on holidays

    Steak was good . Sea bass was undercooked. Lobster and Mac was good . Chop salad .2 drinks and our bill was over $250. .

    Our annual Christmas Eve dinner was exceptional. The steak was cooked perfectly. The sides and desserts were delicious. Our waitress, Audrey, was very professional and attentive.

    Never fails! TCG always knocks it out of the park for our anniversary. They always goes above and beyond to make it memorable which is why it's a no brainer to go back every year. Thank you, TCG, for another lovely outing!

    Michaela Kowalski, server assistant was wonderful, Bryan Valladares our server was sweet and accommodating and Dane the manager and Daniel the assistant manager always make us feel extremely special. Thank you for a lovely dining experience
