Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. It was marvelous. We took my daughter in law for her birthday and her words were I felt like Cinderella. Gustavo made it that memorable for her. I couldn’t be more grateful. Everyone knew we were celebrating a special 40th birthday and stopped by to congratulate her. This is why I will always return and recommend to family and colleagues. Thanks again Gustavo for coming in on your day off to make a special memory for us all.

The food was wonderful, and the restaurant and server went above and beyond! It was our anniversary, and we were greeted with a note and heart confetti at our table...followed by a photo and special dessert. It was unexpected and added so much to our dining experience!
