Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Louise made the birthday dinner for my father extra special by going above and beyond any type of service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. The impression he left on me and my family is that we will be celebrating all of our birthdays dinners at this capital Grille from now on

    We were a table of 6 and loved the round table. The bone in filet was perfectly cooked and buttery tender. Others at our table had the bone in New York strip which they said was excellent. Our server was knowledgable and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

    Outstanding server, maybe the best lamb chops ever, and I’ve had them a lot, including at. Capital Grille. Great ambience and wonderful company. Made for a perfect night out with friends

    The Capital Grille is an excellent experience with a good atmosphere for dating or meaningful meetings. The service is excellent. The wine selection is also very good. The food; however, is just good. The chicken was lacking flavor, the steak was under seasoned, the asparagus was just oily, the crab cakes had too soft of a texture. It was all good, but it wasn’t excellent. The bacon with Korean BBQ was unique, well cooked, well seasoned, and fantastic. Some dishes were very good while others were just meh.
