   Server was great, order taken well. Drinks good. However our beet salad was flat and dead. My filet was ok, not very flavorful on the outside and not a great char. Manager did visit and comped the salad which was appreciated. Was thinking we could be regulars but not sure. Will give them one more try. PS The valet left cookies in the car, nice touch!

   Very very great service very attempted on going! Never fails me when I arrive and have my self a great Sunday dinner! If I could go over 5+ I would but only lets me do 5! Very amazing service. Food was phenomenal as usual!

   Superb dining experience all the way. Since hostess reception, main waiter and waitress, and excellent food. Don’t lose the Calamari as an appetizer

   This was our first visit for my wife and I to any Capital Grille and we are sorry it has taken us so long to dine at one of these properties. The ambiance was delightful. The lighting was perfect - meaning we could read the menu without a problem but we still felt we were in a cozy environment, In addition, we could actually hear each other without a problem as we conversed throughout our dinner. Our server, Juan, was magnificent! We were treated like royalty and his suggestions were spot on. I thoroughly enjoyed the most delicious lamb chops I've ever eaten and my wife thought her bone-in ribeye was prepared perfectly. Portions were large and we are both looking forward to our leftovers for dinner tonight! I highly recommend this venue in Schaumburg and it will become our go to place when we are wanting something special!

   Exceptional! Lily was our server and she was attentive, but not overly invasive and gave us plenty of time to decide and enjoy our meal and drinks. Her timing was perfect. This is one of our favorite places to dine so while the experience was not new, it’s always nice to go to a place for a special occasion knowing you will be treated like you’re the only diner they are serving. It was an anniversary celebration and the table was decorated with a sign and confetti on the table. They also gave us a lovely tray for dessert that had a mini brulee’d cheesecake and chocolate cake along with two glasses of complimentary champagne. The food…we both ordered filet mignon, was cooked to perfection and was fork tender. They have risotto as a side but it is not on the sides menu-I highly recommend. They also have lobster bisque which is not on the menu. It was good, but honestly have had better. Not at all disappointing, I’ve just had better. Overall if you are going for a special occasion and want to be treated like VIPs, this should be your goto place. Even if it’s not a special occasion, you will not be disappointed. For two soups, two steaks, one side and a glass of wine it was about $200 before tip. We also had two drinks each at the bar which was about $60 before tip. There was nothing about our experience to complain about. It was (as usual) a great experience and will always be our favorite.
