   The cuisine was fantastic.... very busy for Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, but not unexpected service was slow because of staff shortage. My daughter is a sous chef and actually applied here. Needless to say, she didn't even get an interview. They needed help this day for sure

   Host did not notify a server that we had been seated so waited quite a while to get drinks and order, but once that was sorted out the food was lovely. The wagyu was the best steak I’ve ever eaten.

   Restaurant did not honor our reservation. Had to wait 35 minutes before they could seat our table.

   I think the price was a bit steep for the quality. I had the beef short rib and wish that the chef was a bit more heavy handed with the demi glace especially since the beef was over. It was a bit tough/dry and I wasnt super appealing to the eye Everyone else generally enjoyed their meals although I don’t think anyone was blown away. $240 with tip for 4 people including two kids and two adults (3 adult beverages total). Service was friendly and ambiance was there. Probably will not go back due to price for quality ratio.

   It was our first visit to The Centro and we really enjoyed ourselves. The venue is open and airy. We got a great seat! Erick our server was friendly and provided us with great recommendations and service! The bread with the olive oil mixture was fantastic (we asked for seconds). We had the minestrone soup, short rib entree (ask for extra au jus-yum) and the meatball appetizer - all were delicious! The wine flight was a great addition. We look forward to our next visit!

   Catherine was our server and was excellent! The food was good but not excellent. I had the bone in filet and it was very fatty and under seasoned and luke warm. I love food that is supposed to be hot, to be hot and this was not. Steak isn't difficult and it was disappointing. My husband had the bolognese and loved it. Catherine made up for the experience, she was kind and very attentive to our evening!

   Fantastic location for lunch. Service is personable and attentive. The room is set up so it could be an enjoyable business lunch or just a personal lunch. This has become a go to spot for me when business requires a lunch time meeting.

   We ordered two steaks, both medium rare the first round they came out well + +.  They made a new round - They came out so rare that the center was still ice cold.  The shrimp were excellent though.  Our waitress was very nice and the bread was awesome. They took the steaks off the bill.

    Very beautiful restaurant in an excellent location! Pesto pasta was lovely and had a very light, fresh taste. Bolognese Pasta was also very hearty & delicious
