   It was incredibly busy and you could see why! Great Sunday lunch, one of the best and would recommend. I thought being so busy there would be a wait for food order, but not at all. Super fast service. Will book again for Sunday lunch

   The food was delicious and enjoyed by us all, however the service was not to its usual standard. It was the first time we had sat in the bar area rather than the restaurant, even though the table had been booked weeks in advance. The service we received was slow and we had to wait a very long time between each course and had to ask for our dessert order to be taken. The restaurant was clearly very busy as well as the bar area and it felt like there weren’t enough staff to run an efficient service.

   Interesting menu with some dishes you don’t see in your average pub. Friendly welcome and very good service. Great outdoor space with a large garden. Looks like it would be a great summer venue.
