The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

    We felt almost in the way and the service was subpar and not what we were expecting given the menu prices. Food was good though but they did not do anything for my partners birthday. Very limited vegetarian options.

    The Chocolatier Restaurant and Bar is a decent place to stop after a long day at the park if you don't want to have to drive to another restaurant. The service is fantastic, the food is mediocre. I think you go there for an experience and you can check it off your bucket list, but I wouldn't just go there to have dinner if I wasn't leaving the park.

    Service was SLOW, food was below average, we never send food back but we did have them take something off the bill. There are WAY better options in and around Hershey, this is a tourist trap.

    Our server Emma was great! Super pleasant. Food was top notch! Only complaint is the stupid noise poppers from the store downstairs. Not the restaurants fault though.

    Emma, my waitress, was amazing. She explained any questions I had about the menu. She is very customer oriented & wonderful. I had her previously last Thursday, May 29 and she was just as great. I rate her a 10 plus. Excellent waitress!!!!!!!!

    Very noisy, very busy, it's located on the upper floor of the exit building of hershey park and the noise from the lower floor crowds of people is extremely overwhelming. The bathroom was HORRID. I avoided the park entrance bathroom thinking the restaraunt bathroom would be nicer but boy was I wrong. Overflowing garbage, wads of paper all over the floor, no soap, one stall not opening. All of the staff were great, service was better than expected, food was good but not anything out of this world. Steak is comparable to Ruby Tuesdays or some other chain. All in all, I wont be back. I would of had a much better time somewhere less crowded, cleaner, and with much better food.

    We were promptly seated for our reservation and our server was wonderful. We were celebrating my nephew’s birthday and made them aware when making the reservation but I don’t think they do anything for birthdays. We enjoyed the meals that incorporated chocolate! Our party ordered the short ribs, the burger with the chocolate potato chips and the Reese’s chicken sandwich. The ticket time for our order was LONG. We saw at least 20-30 meals in the kitchen windows just sitting waiting to be finished and delivered to tables and we were antsy to get back into the park. Be aware of this if you are needing to get back to rides! Also my nephew wanted one of the milkshakes ($18.75) and they are huge! Highly recommend instead getting milkshakes at chocolate world as they are $10 cheaper.
