The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

    We enjoyed a wonderful Father’s Day’s dinner after a nice day at Hersheypark! You definitely need to make a reservation for this as it’s a very busy place!

    Our reservations were for 7:15 PM. We arrived at 7:03, a bit early. The three teenagers working the front desk said they would let us know when our table was ready. We stepped aside approximately 10 feet away from the front desk where they were at. We stood there and made eye contact with them multiple times while there was hardly anyone else waiting. At 7:20 PM I happened to glance at my phone and we had been texted at 7:07 to be notified our table was ready. They never said they would text me and they knew exactly who we were Since we were so close to the desk the entire time. Very disappointed how that was handled. In addition our waiter was virtually nonexistent. We had empty drinks most of the dinner and we were watching him fold napkins about 50 feet from our table for at least 10 minutes without him so much as glancing at any of his tables. Decent food, crappy service.

    The chocolatier continues to get worse every time er visit. The girl who’s in charge of the “desk area” said we could wait u til all her 4/15 4/30 reeervations showed up then she could prob seat us early. Mikes is wait til lit regular time (over an hour) mind you every room is only seated with like 4 tables, then my husband goes to check the status and no sign of our reservation in the system. Little girl must have deleted it. She seems more worried about looking cool and the latest “drama” within her work place then doing her job right. Management took off an app. Disappointed every single time we are there. Will most likely not be back in our tracking next time

    Lunch was a nice break with the kids while we were out at the park for the day. The nachos and pepperoni flat bread was just okay. The strawberry and peanut butter milk shakes were top notch. Pricey but jaw dropping when they arrive at the table. A little heavy on the whipped cream for both shakes. Whatever the strawberry milkshake had on top of it that was chocolate covered with a creamy center needs to be boxed up and sold!

    We always enjoy. Host held our table when we were running late. Sat under an air vent, so were pretty chilly. Server was great. Food is expensive but tasty

    Overrated. Not worth the price! The downstairs sweeterie has a cuter vibe and where I wish we had spent our money. $75 for lunch for 2 adults, and 1 child on her birthday. Not worth the hype.

    Always worth the visit. Unfortunately, it appeared hard for the restaurant to keep up during busier times. We had quite long wait times for our food and a server who handled a wide range of tables (very well but different stretched). I look forward to coming back 😃

    Definitely a pleasant surprise after spending a whole day at Hershey Park. For those who have kids, I definitely recommend their kids menu, which is a very good portion size even for my teen who was tired after the park visit. Both the milk shake and speciality drinks (chocolate martini) were superb! Compare to Toothsome in Universal, this is at least 5 times better in food quality and value!
