   Beautiful venue, lovely service and great cocktails. The only downfall is the food.. I have never seen a chicken parmi for $30. Thinking for the price that it would be amazing, however it was soggy and average. The calamari was also not crispy, just soggy. It is a great venue for Darwin however I believe that the food can be so much better.

   Dont put your drink or bucket of ice down the wait staff will take it and you will need to line up and wait and wait and wait to get another bucket of ice. Staff was lovely at the bar and gave me another bucket of ice. We bought many bottles of $185 wine on the night after having a lovely meal together. LOVED the piano players. Brilliant atmosphere.    Overall poor experience, customer service was poor, more interested in setting up, than serving the customer. Won't be back

   First time there last night. Booked a table online, wasn’t given a table number. Food was overpriced, and had a tiny serving, it tasted good though. Had to have a reservation but no table service, we didn’t know where to sit until we ask someone behind the bar. Not something we expected for a pub type of place, we’re seated below a big tv behind a piano. Too much happening in one place, I’m not sure whether it’s a pub, a restaurant or a night club.

   Amazing service. From the entry where we were welcomed, to table service where we didn’t want to sit on stools and they bent over backwards to find us table with no luck but the effort mattered the most! Then staff walked around to check on us if everything was ok! Amazing food and atmosphere! Recommended

   Pianos are great fun. I’ve been twice, great crowd singing along and dancing both times. The only downside is the food.

   Reserved a table for 2, and as part of the reservation it asks about the occasion so we indicated it was a date night AFL GF night so understandably busy so our reservation being made during post game. Reserved table was right in front of the main TV screen so our date would have started as a side show to the other patrons watching the footy, as well as the table being right next to the toilet entry which was also under heavy use at the time. Absolutely disgusting service , with the staff unable to comprehend as to why we weren’t happy. We walked out and have no intention of returning.

    DJ music was way too loud. Our Apple Watches were alerting us on the damage to our ears! Food was ok but not great.
