   Wow what a delicious 6 course dinner we had, the oysters, parsnip soup, duck, salmon, tortellini and the black cherry dessert, all the dishes were made with love and patience. We had a great birthday dinner, definitely highly recommended this restaurant for a special occasion.

   We have been to The Circle 4 times. This review pains me to write. The menu was limited in choice and the Cavalier special was confusing for the people unfamiliar with the serving. We settled on things that we were not excited by the duck was excellent but 2 small slices of duck for the price was disappointing. Small puddle of vegetables was not great. I got the pork chop that was good but not a lot better than my home cooked. Excellent cocktails and dessert. Staff is fantastic.

   The key for us is a menu that is suited to our taste. On this visit, we had a hard time deciding among the choices. The parsip soup was perfect, delicious with a polished presentation. Salmon and scallops entrée were both great, as was dessert. Pressed coffee provided two cups at your fingertips. Although not the case here, too often coffee is consumed before desserts arrive.

   Amazing end-to-end meal! We had the tasting menu and every course was incredible- especially the oysters, duck and dessert! We drive an hour and will do it again.
