This was not worth the high cost. First the restaurant is in a converted golf club house an dyou enter through where the kitchen is sending meals out for table delivery. We weren't greeted by anyone and waited 10 minutes for the hostess to reappear. There is also a horrible smell in the place that is either the cheese or chinois fondue. The food was very mediocre to bad. The french onion soup was ok, the Fondue Chinoise was horrible and an incredibly small amount of protein for $51. OUr server was very good, friendly and efficient but otherwise this was a bad experience. Won't go back, can't recommend to others.

We had a lovely dinner! The food, service & ambience was very nice. We had Mel as our server & she was attentive & kind. She really took the time to talk to us & made us feel welcome. The fondue was very good & the portions were generous. We especially liked the steelhead & steak. It was a fun dinner & our two teen girls also enjoyed it.

This restaurant is not located in the Fairmont Hotel itself - it’s about an 8 min walk away - however the hotel does offer a shuttle service. The menu is primarily Fondue but does offer other a-la-carte options - the veal schnitzel was large & excellent. The cheese fondue was a little too strongly Gruyère flavored & left a bitter aftertaste. It’s a beautiful building in a picturesque setting - but not easily walkable from Whistler village.

Used to be really solid, but food has gone downhill over the past several years and this year was the worst. We will not be back, can prepare a better fondue experience at home.

Took almost 3 hours. I’m not sure how it takes so long to basically get cheese. Our soup and salads came out but took over an hour to get our main meal. They then informed us they didn’t have the meat that came with our meal. Waitress was great and comped us drinks and appetizers. Just overall too long and not the best food
