My wife and eaten here on a Sunday on three occasions and are always put on a table in a little annex off the bar. As there are only the two of us, I suppose it’s a handy place to put a pair. However, we do feel a little out of it, tucked away from the main dining area. The food is generally very good and plentiful, however, on my latest visit I had the roast beef and it was a little disappointing. There was plenty of vegetables, but only two wafer thin slices of beef. It’s not too expensive to eat there, but I’d rather pay a little more and have a more reasonable amount of meat. Otherwise, we enjoy going there, as it has quite a nice atmosphere.

Lovely meal , but we thought that the tables that we were seating at were too small, not enough room to put out drinks and extra dishes we ordered
