This was our first time dining at the restaurant and we were very impressed with the overall experience. Happening place with a great ambiance. Very creative menu and great cocktail menu especially the duck fat Sazerac. The stuffed artichoke appetizer was outstanding as were the entrees that included scallops and king crab & lobster ravioli. Our server Trey was very engaging and attentive. Overall an outstanding experience and we will be back.

Cheers to this new restaurant in BR! Loved everything about it and highly suggest the whipped risotto to start & the mocha Creme Brulee to finish- you won’t be disappointed!

Over priced for value received. Too noisey for a fine night out. Food had no taste. Parking a complete disappointment as it had very little. Having to pay and in an unpaved lot was just way too much. VERY DISAPPOINTING OVERALL

Hi Derek, We regret that you didn't enjoy your experience at The Colonel's Club. It's a unique experience and maybe not for everyone. The Overpass area is quite popular so parking can be a challenge at peak times so while the paid lot doesn't belong to us, we are grateful that it adds more than 70 available spaces in the area albeit unpaved.

I had called early in the day and they said that they accept walk in’s. Well, my friend and I get there and the manager tells me it’s completely booked with over 200 people and no walkins accepted. I told him what I was told on the phone and he denied my request. We sat in the piano bar area and had a small plate and drinks and they still had reservations open on open table, so I booked for 9:30. We were sat at 9:45 and sat at the table for 15 min without anyone checking on us to help us, and the manager literally made eye contact with me at one point and walked away. Needless to say, we up and walked out. I don’t know what the deal is here, but the service needs to be better for the price you’re paying. AND we did tip well. Not trash just walking in off the street here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we always welcome walk-ins, there's not always availability once you arrive. Please know that your managers always try their best to seat everyone but sometimes they can't due to ticket times, etc. We sincerely apologize for your server not greeting you promptly. We have shared your feedback with our team and hope you give us another chance soon.
