   We were greeted by the guy behind the bar. The place was almost empty. It turned out that he would also be our waiter. I told him that we had a reservation and he informed me that only the manger could see reservations and they weren’t there at the moment. The bartender/waiter then seated us at an internal table and brought menus. He mentioned that he prefers to give his guests a relaxed service. I asked if an item was gluten free (telling him that I’m allergic). He took drink orders. When he came back, he’d forgotten about my allergy. So he needed to go ask. He came back and said that the grain bowl was gluten free. One of my friends ordered a margarita, which he forgot. We reminded him and he brought it. Another friend asked for more water. He forgot that too. Once reminded, we received water. The food tasted okay. Everyone ate about half of the food. One friend didn’t take her half of avocado toast, since she said it wasn’t worth it. I experienced a gluten attack after eating the food. I don’t think the grain bowl is gluten free.

   Slow service but food was good. Space was quiet. One meal came out 10 minutes later than the rest.

   From start to finish, while enjoying friendships and co-workers were awesome service and professional people and Venessa was the best host ever she was amazing host. Love her personality just awesome

   This place no longer accepts open table reservations as of two months ago. I made a reservation, showed up, and she said “yea we stopped using it two months ago”. I told them they should take it off the sites, but she didn’t seem to care

   The staff are great at Commentary, with Young - the bartender - being especially good. The food is very good, with a somewhat limited menu. My only criticism is that the music is a not relaxing and can be ear-grating at times. Overall a good experience!

   Horrible experience. They didn’t have enough staff so they refused to seat us outside even though we had patio seating. And then it took them 17 mins to come get our orders and then another 15 to just bring a cup of cappuccino. And the napkin was dirty.

   Online menu was totally different from the onsite menu(s). There were 2 different onsite menus. Staff gave out wrong information about the menus, which led to a delay in ordering

   My wife and another couple visited on a Tuesday evening, expecting a very nice dining experience. When we arrived, no one greeted us. We stood by the door for several minutes until someone showed us to a booth. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant. We ordered drinks which eventually arrived, then we ordered our food. It seemed to take quite a long time for the food to arrive, although we were not in a rush. I ordered a side salad, but my pork entree arrived without it. I told the server at that point I did not want it. Our friends ordered burgers, which were large and quite good. My wife thought her spaghetti squash entree was nothing special. I enjoyed the pork loin entree, but the pork seemed a bit dry. When the check arrived, I was charged for the salad that was not delivered, and a drink one of our friends had was on our check. When we pointed this out, the server corrected the bills. Overall, the restaurant was satisfactory, but certainly nothing special, especially with the bare-minimum level of service.
