    Cocktails were very poor. €15 for a tiny drink, I took one sip & left it behind, as did my husband. The taste left a lot to be desired.

    A real hidden gem. Lovely drinks menu and beautiful decor and seats. Limited cocktail menu which was surprising for a cocktail bar, however the drinks we had were gorgeous.

    For a table of three people having one drink we were charged a gratuity of 12.5%, with no indication that this was house policy until the bill was presented. Service was slow but polite. Drinks were excellent. Lovely room.

    Booked for drinks for 5 people - service was terrible and overall a very poor experience. Supposed to be a cocktail bar and they didn’t have the gin I wanted from the menu. No selection of tonic water - only one very bad quality brand. I was given a gin in a glass with no garnish for €11.50 (not including tonic!)! Had to ask for a slice of lime. Will never go back.

    My friend and I arrived 20 mins early. We were promptly told by a staff member the bar was not open yet. We were then asked if we had a booking. The interaction wasn't rude but it also wasn't friendly or welcoming in an way. We then returned at 5 for our booking. We were handed cocktail menu's. When we went to order we were told they didn't have the ingredients to make 3 out of the 6 cocktails they had on the menu. I don't know why we weren't given this information when we were initially given the menu's. The cocktails we ordered were nice but the staff weren't friendly.

    They didn't have a table for us when we arrived. All they said was that open table shouldn't have let us book. The staff are rude and unaccommodating. One told me he couldn't serve me because he "couldn't understand a word I said". Another quipped "imagine coming to a cocktail bar and ordering a Guinness". Nice spot in terms of decor but the staff and service leaves a lot to be desired. We left after one drink.

    the bar staff and manager recently changed and it went from amazing to absolutely awful - they are severely understaffed for busy nights and the customers are paying the price (in quality of service that still seemingly justifies a service charge?) maybe it's still okay on quiet evenings but don't bother coming in busy periods like Christmas

    We got served reluctantly, 2 drinks each in 2 hours, it wasn't even that busy. 2 staff were more interested in the girl sitting at the bar. Server taking orders kept disappearing and took forever to get his attention. There was only 5 tables being used so less than half full, extremely slow service and complete lack of professionalism. The seating and decor were nice and comfy but that's it. Do not come here if you want a good night!
