Located on the corner of 3rd Avenue South & Demonbreun, The Diner is the crown jewel of Downtown Nashville’s SoBro district. Our 6 story restaurant boasts six unique floors, each with gorgeous views of downtown.     Kaylee was a good waitress, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the food was not hot. We didn't want to send it back and wait longer. It was obvious when it was served. It should have never come out like that. Having specialty coffee on one floor and not being able to pay for and have it at your table at another floor, from the server, is a missed opportunity and inconvenient. If the food can come from other floors, so can the coffee.

    Very cool restaurant, great location for an unconventional Thanksgiving dinner. The shrimp and grits were delicious. The multi floor concept was an experience none of us had ever seen before. Would definitely eat here again.

    Great location. Service was fine but we did have to ask for water refills a couple times and no one inquired about a second glass of wine or a second cocktail. Also we told the server we were splitting the meal but they didn’t provide a second plate. Had to use tiny bread plates to spit food. Food was good but not great. We will go back, but it’s not a MUST go place.
