    Allow us to showcase what our beautiful island has to offer with our signature Chef's Seasonal Tasting mMenu. Our summer tasting menu reflects the season’s vibrant flavours, featuring locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully preserved highlights from spring harvest. Drawing on the rich offerings of B.C. farms, the menu balances innovation with familiarity, offering guests a dynamic and flavourful culinary experience. Due to the complex nature of this service, whole table participation is required. Optional wine pairings available for +$90 per person. Please allow 2.5 hours for this experience. Dietary restrictions may only be accommodated with advance notice.

    My husband and I had a wonderful experience at dinner in the Courtney Room. Sage, our waiter, was really outstanding and is the perfect person for your elegant restaurant. Next time we are in Victoria, we will enjoy another meal there. Tom and Diane

    Très bon service, professionnel et convivial. Excellents conseils sur le vin et cellier très intéressant. Nous avons très bien mangé, que ce soit des fruits de mer ou du boeuf. Une expérience à faire à Victoria.

    Absolutely fantastic dining experience. Summer prefix menu was fantastic for every course. Beautiful plating, meats cooked perfectly, great flavours. Immaculate service from Milton, and special mention to the sommelier who was super knowledgeable and interesting, definitely make use of his services! Highly recommend.

    Our server Milton was so polite and attentive. We celebrated an anniversary and they treated us in a special way. The food was pretty average—low on flavor and the proteins were pretty small for the price. Small cocktails, so that’s why the low score on value.

    Food was amazing. We had duck and the tenderloin steak and then an amazing dessert Server was fantastic and the atmosphere was pleasant and understated. A new must for us on our yearly visit to Victoria

    Another outstanding service and dinner at the Courtney Room! The chef-tasting experience was 10/10 - excellent creation from Chef Brian and the team! Service was top-notch from Emma and Jack!
