We were looking forward to our graduation dinner here for my son and his girlfriend. Waitress was very slow, blamed the kitchen for being backed up but dining room was pretty empty so even if there was a large party in the back they should have been able to manage it. Buss staff and front end staff were great. Some of the food was good my husband liked his chicken and the salmon was good. The fried half chicken was very bland, no seasoning in the coating. The gojugang shrimp noodle bowl was the most awful thing i have ever had at a restaurant. My sons girlfriend also ordered it and her was awful as well. We had waited so long for our appetisers and dinner i dint send it back and tried to just eat tje shrimp but they were over cooked. The broth had absolutely no flavor at all. Its a shame i like the atmosphere there but doubt I will go back again. Its not worth it if half of our dinners wer bad.

Waitress told me that I could pay the tip in cash, which I did and then I had to go find her after about 15 minutes for my credit card and then she said her supervisor said she needed to put the tip on the credit card, so I was charged twice for the tip $40 on a $108 bill.

My wife and I like to come here every year around our anniversary. Our favorite must have item is the lobster bisque. It’s to die for. Last night we each ordered the sirloin steak. It was cooked just how we like it. The food is always delicious and the staff is always kind.

The atmosphere was wonderful. A bright, casual eating spot with lots of windows looking over the lake. The tables are spaced nicely for privacy. There is a screened boat house with seating as well. The staff was very friendly, professional and very accomodating! The menu had a lot of very interesting items to choose from. We had steamed clams and lobster bisque to start. We then had lamb chops, chicken Sicilian and salmon with butternut squash risotto. The food was good, my only problem was that risotto had no Butternut squash in it at all. When I questioned the server they said it was cut in small pieces. There was no squash at all and it was pretty tasteless! The salmon was very tasty. I would appreciated someone admitting they had no Butternut squash and maybe putting some mushrooms in instead.

My husand and I went for an Easter Brunch Buffet (Mar. '24). It was $44 pp, however, they added a 20% tip WITHOUT initially disclosing. If I am getting up, getting my own dish/flatware and serving myself, I don't understand why a 20% tip is warranted. We had to flag someone down for coffee, water and even our bill. When we arrived, it was around 2PM; there were at least 3 empty platters at the smallish buffet station. The place was I'd say at about a 30-40% capacity, so food should be plentiful. Additionally, twice they ran out of plates; so you had the choice to wait for them to replenish or reuse your plate (I opted for latter.) At one point I did get a "clean" plate only to find there was some egg stuck on it (at least I think it was egg, as it was yellow.) In addition to the buffet there was a ham carving station (serving salty ham) and an egg omelet station. The young guy making the omelets could use training. He would add too much oil to the pan, then a ladle full of eggs. Instead of allowing the eggs to sit and cook for a bit, he would continually stir the oil and eggs together as he cooked them. Needless to say, I did not have an omelet. From the foods they had at the buffet, my favorite thing was the plain yogurt and side of granola. They also had french toast casserole, eggs benedict, green salad, fruit salad, a chicken dish, pasta, green beans, bacon, mini quiche, mini bagels with lox. The food was actually tasty, and that is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.
