Really gone downhill on each visit over the last few years. They were out of stock on half of menu items. Felt like we were getting warmed up leftovers. Place needs an overhaul.

We went to The Douglas for a birthday dinner and were pretty disappointed. Thought it was going to be a little more upscale but the host met us at the door in jeans and a t shirt. The noise level was awful and while our waitress was friendly she was also dressed in jeans and a very casual shirt. There really was no ambiance to the place either. Our food was good thankfully, all three of us ordered the filet and we all had dessert and it was good as well. Probably won’t go back though.

Limited menu to start with and then on a Friday night they are out of several items. Petite filet was under cooked (rare) and lacked flavor and Short ribs seemed to actually be pot roast. Over priced for the quality.

Our meals were delicious as always. We took a visiting friend there for dinner. The prices seem a bit high to me, but the food and service were excellent.

Best SERVICE EVER!! Taylor is the best server! Our group of six had a very lovely evening and dinner!! We heard that the chef was new but everything was delicious!! We will be back!
