Your food runner swore at us (“I don’t have time for this I have to run the whole f*cking restaurant”). And three people were sick from the food. Owen was wonderful—none of the debacle was his fault. We will probably not be back.

Your martinis are very small for $14. The lemon drop martini was all lemonade. We switched to wine

Went because the fish and chips were on a list as some of the best in Boston and they certainly did NOT disappoint. Food was excellent and the fish was about the size of my forearm.

Service was good. We enjoyed the Scotch Egg and the Fish and Chips was delicious. The sticky toffee pudding was burnt and inedible.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. The bloody mary’s were 10/10, yum. Were ordered a scotch egg to start and then an Irish Breakfast and Shepherd’s pie for the entrees. Scotch egg came out quickly and was delish. Our entrees didn’t come out for over an hour after the scotch egg. Yes, it was busy, but an hour for these two dishes was pretty unexpected. The real problem is that our server wasn’t checking in or acknowledging the gap, which really made it worse. If we were told why things were taking so long, etc. then it’s fine. Ironically, there was a huge wait at the door. So you would think turning tables would be priority. When the food finally came, she was very apologetic. Also when the food came, the Shepherd’s pie was so hot so there was some additional wait time added to actually be able to eat. The silver lining is there was a ManU game playing, so there was a lot going on inside to watch/distract us from the long wait time.
