    Booked. order meal waited for 25 minutes before meal arrived only to fine the vegetable's where cold, no spoon for mint sauce ,no salt on the table. cans of drink where way over priced for what they contained all in all a very poor experience .

    We ate here with adult family members to end a special day out together. It was absolutely lovely. The food was absolutely delicious, and generously portioned. The waitress was very helpful and friendly and made sure we were well looked after. The pub itself is lovely. It feels like a proper pub should do: "olde worlde" with character and cosy nooks, rather than large, open and generic. It was busy, but not loud and overcrowded and there was a nice atmosphere of people, like us, just chatting and having a great evening. Highly recommend it!

    We had a fabulous Sunday lunch. The service was wonderful we were very looked after. Fab decoration very restful and interesting to look around at. The food was delicious, nicely prepared and we all thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. Looking forward to our next visit.

    We came here on Valentine's day for an evening meal while having a golden chance to be child free for a few hours! The food was fantastic (big up the Chefs!), Staff were very polite and helpful with a special mention to the young lady who told us it was her 1st shift. If she hadn't told us, we wouldn't have known! Service was really good and would absolutely consider coming here again for food (Normally come here for a tipple while our toddler is napping as they have a good drinks selection and its our local😅). Also to mention the upstairs seating area is nicely set up with probably about 30-40 covers total which made it a very nice atmosphere for a date night. If you are ever considering booking a meal here, they certainly do not disappoint!

    Very pleased with the overall dining experience, will defo be going back. Some may say room for improvement but I say too perfect is sterile & pretentious .... this had a real homely atmosphere.
