Food not bad but needs to be served hotter. Service definitely needs to improve. Toilets need overhaul. Price for value not very good. There are better takeaways in the area that arrive hotter. Overall disappointing.

We had a great time at the Dumpling Tree. The servers gave us enough attention and help. It was an excellent touch to receive us with a nice glass of prosecco. The music was good, not too loud, so we could talk to one another. The food was good, but there is some room for improvement, as our rice and beef were lukewarm, and the dumplings seemed like they could've cooked for another 15 minutes. But apart from that, we had a good time.

A Truly Special Dumpling Experience! We absolutely loved and thoroughly enjoyed our dumpling experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. The hosts took the time to explain every stage of the dumpling-making process, offering a personal touch that enhanced the experience. We particularly enjoyed hearing about how they make dumplings with their family back home; it added a lovely, authentic feel to the whole experience. It truly was a special experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy delicious dumplings and learn about the craft behind them!

We always enjoy going to The Dumpling Tree. It is our favourite Chinese restaurant in Cambridge and always popular. Staff are friendly, food and ambience perfect and parking is easy.

The most amazing Lunar New Year feast at The Dumpling Tree! Thanks so much to the whole team for really making us feel special. Special Lunar New Year feast lobster noodles were simply delicious - better than we've ever had in London. The rest of the food was wonderful too - especially the Yunnan specials. We tried the Pork Belly and Mushroom dishes which were delicious. The Street Food skewers were fun and a big hit as well. We can't encourage people enough to go here - this is a fantastic local gem where we've been enjoying soup noodles at lunch times, but now we realise we have been missing out by not trying the full dinner experience before now. We will be back for sure.

We came here for the dumplings and they didn’t disappoint. We had lots of lovely food and wine. Family friendly. Service was good and friendly. Lots of staff buzzing around. Really enjoyed our visit.
