   Went on Valentine’s Day with a later reservation. The kitchen seemed to be a little chaotic or disorganized because they had trouble bringing out water and were missing several menu (on a limited holiday menu). The hostess was a little rude but the waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was fantastic especially the halibut and chicken breast with mashed sweet potatoes. Overall had a great evening but could tell they had a busy night.

   Perfect Romantic Valentines Evening other than the folks dining behind us. We now know more about Irish history and their family then we cared to.

   This restaurant is not only clean and beautiful, but the food and service is absolutely amazing! We’ve been there a few times now and we’re never disappointed. I love it there!!

   Overall bad experience- we have been many times and always had wonderful service and food. I know the hotel was throwing a new years party later that evening so I assume the staff and kitchen were preparing. We hardly saw our server, we waiting to order a second round of drinks for quite some time and ended up getting the check before we even had the chance. The food was subpar. Not worth the money. Would definitely suggest the restaurant close early in the future if they are going to shift all of their attention to the event.

   We went to Homestead for New Years Eve dinner and had a wonderful time! The food was excellent!! Everything we ordered was delicious. The service was excellent!! The staff was so nice and attentive. The ambiance was beautiful! We drove over an hour to get there and we will definitely be back.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight at our favorite local restaurant. We are so lucky to live in a beautiful county like this! Our server, Samantha did a phenomenal job and was attentive to our needs and extremely personable. My husband does not eat alcohol in his food and she prepared a list of dishes  that had alcohol so that he was aware to avoid them. We started with a beet salad and a Caesar salad both were perfectly seasoned and delicious. Our dinner consisted of filet mignon and scallops which were cooked perfectly.  one of the specials on the menu for dessert was crème brûlée with cinnamon toast crunch and I had to try it. It was great.  This restaurant is a must do if you are in the area don’t miss out!  it also has accommodations for overnight stays which are  perfectly appointed  welcome to the Catskills and the home of the 69 Woodstock festival!

   Wow we came here not knowing what to expect. Food was outstanding and the place is gorgeous. Want to come back during the day to see the grounds. Give it a try. Oh by the way all our steaks were cooked perfectly the way we ordered.

    As always the Eldred Preserve did not disappoint. The duck was the better than ever and the Frenched chicken was great. The staff goes over and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The only downside is some of the patrons not knowing how to dress which is unfortunate because the restaurant is more upscale. Jeans, baseball caps, gym shorts…… not the place for it.
