Rather tired pub , quiet on our visit ( noisy bar area) Nice waitress but just lacked any atmosphere and needs a rethink .

Entertainment way to loud to the point couldnt hear what our friends were saying food was average not as warm as id like also my starter came with my main so was a waste just wasnt as good as id hoped for

Went for Sunday lunch, food was excellent along with the service and the ambience of the restaurant. Would definitely recommend the Elms. Other everehere was very clean including the toilets

There were six of us dining and all of our meals were delicious, lovely friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere all round

Some parts were overcooked which was a shame. The beef was gorgeous. Melt-in-the-mouth. I found the mash quite salty which made my mouth dry. We will definitely eat there again. We were too full to try a pudding unfortunately. The waitress was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. We were very surprised at how quiet it was. People are missing out on a lovely Sunday lunch.
