   We had tickets and a table reserved for Wicked Bingo at Emerald City and it was a huge disappointment. Figuring out when/if you need a ticket and also a reservation was time consuming, and then once we got there, they didn’t even check the tickets or scan the passes. Service was not good and everything was so overpriced, and the cherry on top - when I asked why Wicked Bingo hadn’t started the server goes “Oh, there’s no trivia tonight, you should have gotten a call.”(i didn’t). Then they didn’t even play any wicked la wiz music!!! They were out of half the speciality cocktails, and charged us for 2 extra drinks that we didn’t get.

   As a huge Wizard of Oz fan, I absolutely loved the decorations! The food was good and the prices weren’t horrible. I was not satisfied with the music selection - random music with a few Wicked songs playing between the random af songs. Why isn’t the Wicked soundtrack or Wizard of Oz songs playing the entire time? 🤔

   Nice decorations for the theme. But the service was horrible. People were nice but it seemed unorganized and understaffed.

   VERY LOUD and while it was energetic, it was a bit obnoxious. We reserved a table to experience the Wicked themed ambience and the table next to us, clearly set for 4 was occupied by at least 8 people that were putting their drinks and arms on our table. There was one couple dancing very dirty next to our table and they should have gotten a room somewhere! The staff didn't seem to care that they were invading our space when there were other tables further back that they could have sat us at. We intended on eating there but the other patrons made us so disgusted that we made reservations elsewhere. I was also annoyed that upon arrival we waited almost 10 minutes for the hostess to arrive and when I gave her our name for our reservation she immediately looked at the time, why? Because we were late in her mind, except the 10 minutes we were late, we really weren't, she was nowhere to be found.

   Our party arrived in 2 parts. They sat the first half of our party, which told us where to come seat when we arrived. Upon arrival, the security keeps telling us that if we didn’t have a reservation, we would have to stand. We assured him we had a reservation and the rest of our party was inside seated already. We walk in and walk to the table… then some guy comes over and is like “did you guys seat yourselves or did a hostess seat you??” to which the party that was sat by the hostess tells him they were sat by the hostess. He asks again, and they confirm again. Then we wait for like 20 minutes for a waitress to come even take our drink order. We had to ask the hostess to send one over. She comes, and she wasn’t the friendliest. I try to order off the regular menu, which was listed, and she says “brunch only”, so I rush to put something in since we had been waiting… after about 10-15 minutes, she finally comes back with drinks and I ask to change my food order. She says it’s too late… we wait another 20-30 until we see her again and I wave her down for another drink. We still have no food, so I’m wondering why it was too late to change my order. She doesn’t come again until she sees we’re done, won’t split the check (even though I had to done the week prior when I came in), and tells us she already has 18% gratuity included and walks away. My first experience here was waaaay better. Sad I brought another group after hyping it up to be met with disappointment. But at least the food and music were still good.

   Awesome experience! We loved the drinks and the food that was all themed towards Wicked. Such a fun experience.

    The setting and the food was excellent! I do wish there were some non-alcoholic beverages (maybe there was) but there was no offer. My waitress talked to my table twice at most and forgot about our food and we sat there for awhile and then received cold food. I was very excited for this and ended up disappointed.
