The food and service at The Emporium are always exceptional. One member of our family has a severe nut allergy and we feel safe eating at The Emporium as the staff is very conscientious.

Another great experience at Emporium. My wife and I are really enjoying the current menu. Shrimp and grits were great and the short rib was off the charts.

I was really looking forward to the shrimp and grits because I’ve had it many times before. Unfortunately, the grits were not creamy. They were just room temperature and clumped together and dry, not creamy like they’re supposed to be.

We decided to try The Emporium for a birthday celebration (and indicated this when making the reservation). The service was slow (we were there for 2 hours for dinner), the food was mediocre (but pricey). After we’d finished dinner, the waitress offered us our check without offering desert. The hostess mentioned the birthday celebration when seating us, but apparently the waitress missed the memo. Overall, for the price, we were underwhelmed and likely won’t be back.

Awful food. How can you ruin a salad? Ask the chef. Service was slow and food was, truly, terrible.

Probably not the best option for a romantic dinner as dining area not that far from the bar area where the World Series was on the television. Had no idea that there wasn't a separate room. Food was very good & our desert was comped because it was our wedding anniversary. The downtown Ft. Collins restaurant area adds at least 4% auitomatically for kitchen staff on to your bill. Menu choices were fairly limited.

What a cool place. Beautiful and unique. The food was really good and there was no rushing us out to turn over the table. We were able to sit and enjoy conversation with our friends and take our time eating our food. We were not rushed in any way, it reminded me of eating overseas and I loved it. It is not cheap but for the fresh, delicious food and the experience, it was so worth it.

We liked the food. However, the waiter was weird and kept asking questions as if he was part of our dining experience- “what are we thinking for a drink” “are we having an appetizer” - just weird. We did not appreciate that the appetizer took a long time to come out and then the server came out very quickly after delivering the appetizer with our main course entrees. We were in the middle of the appetizer still. Food was good but I doubt we will go back.
