This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM.

Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM.

When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

I was so excited about this place but found food just okay. Our salmon was overcooked as well as the vegetables. My daughter eat a vegetable noodle dish that did not have any flavor. My chicken satay was good but the vegetable fried rice had no vegetables and the fried egg on top was hard. The shareable cauliflower appetizer was delicious as well as the tuna bowl. Service was great .

Had a great brunch so came back for dinner the next day. Had chicken, snapper, chicken sandwich and mousse & sherbet. Everything was great. About 2/3 the price of other comparable restaurants, great staff. Highly recommend.

It was the best and most fresh of the places we ate while we were in Turks. We ate at mostly 4.5 or higher places. I would highly recommend eating at the farm for breakfast brunch or dinner.

Great first time experience at The Farm. Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent service by Mikenzie. Food was great especially the short rib and chicken sandwiches and the spicy tuna rolls.

It’s more or less upscale pub food with nice branding, using on-trend language and ingredients. The food was good, the zero-proof (non-alc) drinks were totally tasty and the generous portions all around made it better value for money. Televisions totally ruin the mood. And they call it the Farm but there’s astroturf??

We went on curry night and the food was delicious. This might have been the best meal we had our two weeks on the island. The service was top notch, the food was amazing and the outdoor atmosphere was lovely. We will definitely go back on our next trip.
