   We had three very good meals. The portions were more than ample if not a bit overpriced. Since we live in Trilogy, we eat here fairly often. While the Foundry has had some serious management changes in and outside the kitchen, it was not noticeable during our meal. We had an exceptional server, Noah, whose attention to details at our table was admirable. I am a soup person so I regularly order soup with my meal. Unfortunately, I felt $9 for a cup (not a bowl) of soup was excessive and my biggest complaint is that the soup was not served piping hot . I have mentioned this problem before and was assured it would be fixed. Unfortunately this was not the case once again.

   We are so sorry to hear about the soup issue Harold. We have been trying to keep it hotter without burning it and giving it the burnt taste. We do appreciate you coming in and supporting us as you do. We are building a strong team and together we will be stronger.    The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend enjoying a dinner at The Foundry.

   The restaurant was quiet but it took more than 15 minutes for our wine and beer to come. When we asked, we were told that the bartender was busy filling orders at the bar. When we needed something during the meal, our waiter was nowhere to be seen.

   Excellent Birthday dinner! Bobbi does a fantastic job of overseeing the dining area. The Mediterranean pizza was really delicious! And the atmosphere is demure! Our server Donald is absolutely fabulous!! Noah, the F & B Mgr. Was extremely helpful in our wine selections!! Looking forward to our next visit! 🤩😋
