   Great food and service and value for money. Just became a bit crowded as there was a wedding at the same time and only thing, the air conditioning was turned up and it was really cold.

   The food was amazing and the restaurant itself was nice, but i found it a tad chilly in there. Our waitresses were both very sweet and lovely just felt like they could have checked on us a little more, we had one drink which was ordered on arrival but wasn’t asked again during the course of the dinner or when the plates were cleared.

Unfortunately the air con can run a little cold at times but if you let us know we are more than happy to adjust it for you and warm the place up. As for the service, we have reminded staff to be attentive with their tables and to ensure guests are feeling looked after, especially if it's getting you a drink.    The food was nice but even though we pre booked in advance there were a few meals that they said had sold out. The staff were apologetic but they had even run out of bacon! Not sure if there was a problem with heating/AC but it was freezing in there people sitting in coats to eat their food.

   Hi, Thank you for the feedback as it is brilliant for us to know where to improve. Unfortunately we have had an issue with our food delivery this weekend, meaning many of our dishes have sold out. While this is wholly inconvinient for yourself, we are working with our suppliers to improve our deliveries, ensuring we can offer the full menu wherever possible. As for the temperature, the Air Con reduces to a default setting that we cannot change, staff try to correct this as quickly as they can, however this does make the restaurant very cold in some instances.    Food was really nice and a good selection although I ordered the curry and felt it was a very small portion. Like other reviews, we felt the music was way too loud which took away from the overall experience. For a full restaurant, there were only 2 waitresses which left the service very slow.

Comments regarding the Malabar curry have been passed on to our spec team to see if there can be an improvement regarding portion size.    Good food and value. Our potatoes and veggies were bit cool but our waiter soon rectified that. We were left some time and had to call waiter for puds/coffee and they didn’t have decaf except instant. Very pleasant though.

   Hi Ruth, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We have passed on the comments regarding your food to the kitchen for them to look into and improve. As for needing to call the waiter for service, we have reminded the team that they should be attentive with guests and forthcoming in making sure their needs are catered for. As for the decaf coffee, as it's not a common drink for us and we only have one bean grinder, we are unfortunately left with just serving instant decaf. This has been passed on however to see if we can look into having some decaf beans and an additional grinder. Hopefully we can win ourselves that final star on your next visit!    The service was superb, great chat with the young man, can't remember his name but great guy. The roast lamb was lovely, the only slight complaint was the lighting was low and hard to read the menu and the music was slightly loud but don't let that put you off as its a wonderful place with great food.

   Hi Michael, Thanks for the kind feedback! It's always great to see that the team are delivering great service. We're glad you enjoyed your food with us too. In terms of lighting, we have dimmable lights which can unfortunately get quite dark; apologies for this, we are looking into adjusting this, in the meantime we have bright LED lamps guests are free to use upon their request. In terms of the music, it's very quiet from the bar, meaning we don't always realise how loud it is for guests, but we're more than happy to turn it down if it gets too loud.     Food was nice, I had the Chicken Kiev but I didn't taste much garlic which Kiev is meant to have and the creamy leeks were lost underneath the Kiev. My partner had the burger which she said was OK. We asked for a bottle of water with our meal, which was finally brought once we reminded the waitress. No one came if we needed anything else or if our meal was nice despite it not being very busy. Don't think we will be going back.
