   Awful service. Not worth the $$$! Made a reservation for my daughter’s birthday and ended up tabbing out after drinks to go to a different restaurant nearby.

   The Glen was recommended to us and while we loved the ambiance and holiday decor, it fell short of our expectations. We ordered the wagyu beef (excellent), lamb chops( prepared to perfection, but served luke warm) and lobster rolls which my friend did not care for. Our waiter (Seth) was a seasoned server and initially outstanding, until I mentioned that the lamb chops were luke warm. He was busy, understandable for a Friday night, but his lack of concern for the temperature of the lamb chops and the quality of the lobster rolls made for a not so great experience. As a former phantom diner, I know what management expects from their staff and tonight's experience didn't leave us feeling great about our time at The Glen. When people have a mediocre experience they don't say a whole lot. They just never return.

    We had a girls brunch/birthday celebration. we had a blast Our waiter Trent was excellence and delivered great customer service The entertainment and the DJ was also awesome. We will be back.!
